General Rules
We want you to be delighted with the products you buy from Blueprint Workwear but, if you must you can return your purchase is it’s original condition and packaging with tags still attached. You will need the original order number or reciept and we will be happy to exchange the product or refund.
We are unable to offer returns / refunds or exchanges on any products which have been personalised or altered from their original condition to your requirements.
YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED.
Return / Refund / Exchange
Call us on 01889 800 644 or email us at sales@blueprintworkwear.co.uk to arrange for your item(s) return. Alternatively, you can return item(s) to your local store, but you must bring your order confirmation email or sales invoice and the credit or debit card used for payment or you may be declined a refund.
Blueprint do our utmost to ensure that all of our customers have a great shopping experience, however on occasion you may need to return an item. We happily accept returns. Please note that it is up to the customer to return the product to our address at the customers cost. Please use recorded delivery so protect yourself. We normally refund within 3-5 working days. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Items must be in an unused condition. If you are returning goods that were defective or faulty, we will examine the returned goods and if they are found to be faulty we will pay your postage costs incurred for returning to us.
Faulty Products
If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.
